Who performs the deployment?
Allocentra does. After we agree success criteria on a kickoff call, our team rolls out agents and configures your tenant — you are not left to figure out migration alone.
What if it does not work out?
The pilot ends at 60 days with no charge. You are not moved to a paid plan unless you choose to continue after the day-50 review. Your data in Allocentra can be exported before you leave.
What happens to my data if we do not continue?
You can export tickets, devices, and reports via the API or CSV during the pilot. If you do not convert, we follow our standard retention policy before tenant data is removed.
Is there a contract during the pilot?
We agree success criteria and reference terms before deployment. Paid subscription starts only if you opt in after the review — there is no automatic billing on day 61.
