Chapter 01 · Origin

Built from inside the problem.

01 — The mess

Allocentra started when our founder was managing IT operations — juggling multiple dashboards, a PSA tab, a patching tool, and notifications that never stopped. None of the tools shared data. All of them charged per device.

02 — Sandton, 2026

We launched in February 2026 from Sandton. Our first clients — Zezwe ICT and Hawkz Telecommunications — used the platform in real production from day one.

03 — Still shipping

We still take support calls. We still ship every week.

Chapter 02 · Principles

How we work.

Four rules that decide what ships — and what doesn’t.

Centred on the user

Every feature has to answer “does this make a technician’s day better?” If we can’t say yes, it doesn’t ship.

Less, but better

We’d rather ship five features at 10/10 than fifty at 6/10. Shelfware is disrespectful.

Calm software

No urgency theatre. The product should feel like it’s working for you, not at you.

Pricing without traps

One price per technician. No tiers that hide features. No data egress fees.

Chapter 03 · People

The team.

Small on purpose. Close to the product. Close to the customers.

Siyabulela Mncube

Founder & CEO

Built Allocentra to solve the chaos of running IT operations. Still on support most mornings.

Engineering

Backend · Agent · Infrastructure

The Go agent, the Django API, the ECS deployment pipeline. Small and technical.

Product & Design

UI · UX · Systems

Information density over decoration. Every screen has to earn its place.
